About MW
MW is a Tokyo-based startup building "Living Home," a next-generation housing concept that embeds physical AI and robotics into the residence itself so the home can perceive its environment, make decisions, and act autonomously rather than functioning as a conventional smart home. The company runs a vertically integrated model spanning land acquisition, construction, software, and robotics, developing robot foundation models and an in-home "home space OS" that unifies control of distributed devices. Founded in February 2024 and led by co-founder and CEO Shuzo Narita, MW operates more than ten Living Home projects across urban, regional, and resort locations in Japan.
