What data do we hold?

Fundup AI aggregates publicly available information about recently funded companies, including:

  • Company name, description, and website
  • Funding amounts, stages, and investors
  • Industry and location information
  • Key contacts (names and LinkedIn profile links)
  • Technology stack information

Our Legal Basis & Commitment

Fundup AI processes company and individual data from publicly available sources under legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for the purpose of providing B2B funding intelligence services.

We respect your right to object to this processing (GDPR Art. 21) and your right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17). When you submit a verified removal request, we will remove the requested data from our platform, databases, and caches.

All requests are logged and processed in compliance with GDPR requirements. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
