Bionyra (Bionyra Pharma SAS) is a Paris-based immunology and inflammation (I&I) biotech that emerged from stealth in June 2026. Founded by former Sanofi I&I executive Frederic Marrache, it has in-licensed three clinical-stage drug candidates from Chinese and US biotechs and is targeting the TL1A pathway for inflammatory bowel disease and atopic dermatitis (eczema). The company launched with a $165M oversubscribed Series A co-led by Jeito Capital and Sofinnova Partners.
