Sennos is a Durham, North Carolina-based sensing, analytics and automation company for the fermentation and fluidics industries. Its Sennosystem platform combines patent-pending SennosM3 in-tank sensor hardware, the SennosIQ AI analytics engine and the Sennoslink application to stream multi-parameter measurements — gravity, temperature, pH, pressure, conductivity and dissolved oxygen — into continuous, predictive control rather than the static spreadsheet-era sampling most fermentation producers still rely on.
