U-ZERO is a Tokyo-based SaaS startup that builds an AI-powered employee engagement platform helping Japanese companies visualize employee sentiment and drive organizational improvement. It was founded in 2024 by Masamune Mimura, the former head of Concur Japan, who spent over a decade building a celebrated organizational culture there. Within roughly a year of launch the service had been adopted by more than 50 companies.
